What is disordered eating?

Disordered eating is a range of irregular eating behaviours that may include the diagnosis of eating disorders such as over eating, anorexia or bulimia.

Symptoms

Symptoms of disordered eating can include frequent dieting, a feeling of lost control around food and eating, anxiety surrounding eating, overeating and rigid eating rituals.
